After years of research, testing, and hands-on experience in the field, FIREFLY SOUND LABS was born—a revolutionary church production consulting agency dedicated to helping ministries elevate their sound, lighting, and media strategies.

The idea for FIREFLY SOUND LABS was first conceived in 2023, when churches faced growing challenges in production management. Many struggled with inconsistent livestream quality, poor audio clarity, sound mixing issues, and outdated production workflows and undertrained volunteers

As a production expert and industry visionary, Alan saw the need for a modern, scalable solution that would help churches overcome these obstacles without breaking their budgets.

He began developing a system—one that would implement cutting-edge audio solutions for clearer, more powerful worship sound, optimize livestream production for an immersive online experience, train teams and volunteers to confidently manage church production, and enhance post-production workflows for polished and professional results.

And so, it began. Years of hands-on experience, refining production strategies, and working alongside worship leaders led to the official launch of FIREFLY SOUND LABS.
